人权是历史的产物.人权的概念、内涵随着社会的发展而发展.人权的发展可以划分为四个阶段即;原始人权阶段、前资本主义人权阶段、资本主义人权阶段、社会主义和共产主义人权阶段.弄清人权内容发展的脉络,利于人们把握马克思主义的人权观的实质,揭露资产阶级人权的虚伪性,能认识社会主义人权的优越性.

Four Stages on the Development of Human Right

Human right is the results of history. The concept and intension of human right has become more and more broader. We can divide its development into four stages; the princitive human right stage, the pre-capitalist human right stage, the capitalist human right stage, the socialist and communist human right stage. It is necessary for us to make certain of the development threat of thoughts in history right. It helps us to grasp the essence of Marxist history right view, to reveal the hypocrisy of the capitalist right, and come to realize the superior of the socialist right.
