| 摘 要： | 传统以企业利润为导向的利益分配模式忽视了企业在联盟中的重要性,无法兼顾企业创新投入的资源价值以及联盟企业的溢出效应。在充分考虑企业溢出效应的基础上,以Shapley值为分配依据,分析比较企业的四种技术联盟创新方式,结果发现,较大的技术溢出效应使成本共享联盟成为企业技术创新的首选,它能够有效地避免＂搭便车＂导致的机会主义倾向。
