| Abstract: | This paper described the separation and purification of snake venom proteins at pico - molelevel by using the high column efficiency and high sensitive capillary high performance liquid chromatog raphy ( H P L C) We also developed a method of self - packaging capillary column which can achieve agood separation of snake venom proteins and can substitute the expensive original column Our self -package columns can satisfy different demands for the separation and purification of various proteins |
