摘    要:利用高分离效能、高灵敏度的毛细管高效液相色谱法, 实现皮摩尔级微量蛇毒蛋白质的组分分离同时利用自行充填的毛细管高效液相色谱柱替代昂贵的原装柱, 既能较好分离复杂的蛇毒蛋白质, 又可满足不同的分离纯化要求

Abstract:This paper described the separation and purification of snake venom proteins at pico - molelevel by using the high column efficiency and high sensitive capillary high performance liquid chromatog raphy ( H P L C) We also developed a method of self - packaging capillary column which can achieve agood separation of snake venom proteins and can substitute the expensive original column Our self -package columns can satisfy different demands for the separation and purification of various proteins
