压缩空气发动机的设计及初步试验

摘    要:由于排放污染和石油资源匮乏严重危及传统内燃机的生存,文章提出了将R175单缸柴油机改为压缩空气发动机的设计方案。指出系统设计的主要内容及面临的问题,测取了改装发动机的缸内压力曲线,计算出相应的机械效率,分析了试运转过程中的有关现象。试运转及装车路试说明,改装设计方案是可行的。

Abstract:Compressed-air engines from the refitment of diesel engines can attain zero exhaust and do not need fossil fuels. In this paper,the theoretical cycle of compressed-air engines is analyzed,and a refit project in which a diesel engine of R175 is changed into a compressed-air engine is presented. The main content of the configuration design is described,and the problems encountered in the refitment are analyzed. Some phenomena in the running-in of the refitted engine are studied. A pressure-crank angle diagram is made, by which the mechanical efficiency of the engine can be calculated. The result of running-in indicates that the refitting project is feasible.
