Study on the Application of Economic and Trade Law to International Cargo Contracts

In economic and trade transactions, lawsuits of contracts for international sale of goods are unavoidable. On these international commercial lawsuits, how to use the law of economic and trade suitably and how to strive for the initiative are rather important links in settling the disputes of contracts for international sale of goods.
