腹水超滤中膜的污染及清洗

摘    要:以人血清白蛋白溶液模拟腹水,采用聚砜中空纤维膜进行滤浓缩,实验考虑了不同截留相对分子质量膜的污染情况及膜清洗方法,并将优选出的实验条件用于腹水浓缩实验。结果表明,由于腹水中多种蛋白质的存在,造成膜的吸附污染较严重;用一般的化学清洗法清洗后通量可以恢复80%。

Abstract:The polysulfone hollow fiber membrane was used to concentrate HSA (human serum albumin) solution as a simulacrum of ascites. The fouling degree and the cleaning method for the membrane with different molecular weight cut off were investigated. An optimal experimental procedure was used in the concentrating of ascites from cirrhosis patients. The results indicate that there is a heavy fouling phenomenon of membrane because of more kinds of protein exiting in ascites compared to HSA solution. After cleaning operation determined in this study, the membrane flux can reach to 80% of that of a fresh membrane.
