激光焊接传热过程的数值计算

摘    要:以伴随有小孔效应产生的高能量密度束焊接过程为研究对象,建立了运动热源作用下二维小孔焊接中流体流动及传热过程的数学模型,提出采用位置预置———修正的方法对焊接熔池的固、液相交界面位置进行准确捕捉,并对这一小孔焊接模式进行了较为全面的参数化分析,揭示了材料热物理性能、小孔直径、焊接速度等因素对焊接热过程的影响.

Abstract:A two dimensional, quasi stationary numerical model is presented to study the fluid flow and the heat transfer in keyhole laser welding processes. A recently developed method of the position correction is employed to accurately identify the solid liquid interface location during laser welding. A parametric analysis of the existing keyhole model is performed, and the influence of parameters such as material properties, welding speed, keyhole radius on the heat transfer is analyzed during keyhole welding process.
