连铸漏钢预报系统数据采样与热电偶埋设方式

摘    要:炼钢工业中的连铸漏钢事故是影响我国钢铁工业生产的一个主要因素。通过对结晶器铜板上热电偶埋设方式的研究,建立了优化热电偶埋设方式的数学模型。根据预报系统的数据采样周期,分析了在特定热电偶埋设方式下,铸坯与结晶器铜板发生粘结时断裂口发展到结晶器下口的最短时间,得到了一些有价值的结论。

Abstract:The continuous casting breakout is one main factor to affect iron and steel production of our country. The fashion of the thermal couple buried in mold was studied and the model of the mold themal monitoring fashion was established. In a given fashion of the buried mold,the period collecting the thermal data,the minimum time for the torn gap moving from the sticked point to the bottom of the mold were calculated. Some important results were also obtained.
