| 摘 要： | 研究了有限群G的细致结构。通过对 G的Sylow p-子群的一类子群加条件，利用极小反例的方法，得到了G为p-冪零群的一个等价条件，从而推广、统一了现有的结果。

| Abstract: | For the purpose of studying the detail structure of a finite group G, some proper conditions are implemented to a kind of subgroups of Sylow p- subgroup of G, then an equivalent condition of G being a p- nilpotent group is gotten by applying the minimal counterexample method. This result is a generalization of recent results in this aspect. |
