| 摘 要： | 师资队伍建设是高校的一项系统工程建设，作为以应用型人才培养为己任的本科院校，师资队伍建设的任务尤为突出。为此，分析了应用型本科院校目前教师队伍建设面临的主要问题，提出了教师引进、培养等方面的举措，并对适合应用型本科院校师资建设的制度创新作了探讨。

| Abstract: | Construction of teaching faculty in university is a systematic program.It is the key in university which is responsible for cultivation of advanced practical talents.Therefore,the main problems in the current construction in application-oriented universities are analysed and measures on teacher introduction and cultivation are suggested.Furthermore,the effective system creation in faculty construction is explored. |
