东莞市成人教育发展特点的初步研究

改革开放以来,东莞市经济的迅速发展,促进了教育的腾飞,尤其是成人教育得到了空前的历史性的发展。本文详细阐述了东莞市成人教育发展的特点:以经济建设为中心,形成发展成人教育与振兴经济的良性循环;以全社会成人为对象,以提高劳动者素质和培养适用人才为宗旨,构建城乡一体化的多层次、多规格、多渠道、多形式的成人教育体系;根据实际、实用、先进、实效原则,实施不同层次的岗位技术培训与文化科学知识学习相结合的教育;采取走出去、请进来的方法,培养大批急需人才;加强领导,动员全社会广泛参与发展成人教育。

AN ELEMENTARY STUDY ON THE DEVELOPING CHARACTERISTIC OF ADULT EDUCATION OF DONGGUAN CITY

Since the reform and the open policy, the rapid development of Dongguan economy has promoted the educational development at tremendous speed, especially the adult education which has obtained an unprecedented historical development.
