| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨正常老年人室性早博出现的特点以及老年人室性早博与心肌缺血的关系.方法:将997例老年前期和995例老年期病人分为缺血组,可疑缺血组及无缺血组.采用美国BIOX-9600型动态心电图机(DCG)进行24 h连续监测,采用自动分析以及人工确定分析.结果:老年组室性早搏的发生率(66.73%)较老年前期组室性早搏发生(42.82%)显著增高(P<0.01);缺血者3级以上的室性早搏发生率高于无缺血组(P<0.01).结论:①正常老年人可出现良性的室性早搏;②老年人随年龄的增长室性早博出现的频率增多;③老年缺血者的室性早博多表现为多源、室速和R-ON-T等现象.
