高校贫困生的交际困境及对策

人际交往是维护大学生身心健康的重要途径之一.高校贫困生因经济困难而产生交际心理障碍,从而陷入交际困境,甚至出现自闭、抑郁、焦虑等心理症状,影响了正常的学习生活.思政工作者应给予关心帮助,引导他们走出交际误区,使他们掌握一定的交际技巧,适应大学生活,将来更好地适应社会.

Interpersonal communication is one of the vital ways to maintain the physical and mental health of college students.Poor college students who are often embarrassed by financial difficulties may experience communicative and psychological barriers,get into communicative difficulties and even have some psychological symptoms such as autism,depression and anxiety,affecting their normal learning life.Ideological instructors have to guide and help them out of communication misunderstandings,so that they can acquire a certain amount of communication skills,and adapt to the college life and the community much better in the future.
