关于电子束管内偏转系统的开发与研究

简析了当前显示器件的发展趋势，提出开发电子束管内偏转系统（简称内偏），就其结构、尺寸及能耗等几个方面进行可行性论证。结合目前国内外提出的内偏模型的结构，试验数据，定性分析了内偏的研究现状及存在问题，寻求解决高压绝缘材料、真空磁性材料、畸变、偏转线性、偏转散焦等方面所存在问题的突破点，提出了改进内偏转系统的一些具体方案，并就内偏的开发利用进行了一些探讨。

The Development and Research of Neck Integrated Yoke

The developing tendency of present display is sketched out, then a plan to develop neck integrated yoke (NIY) (equal to deflection yoke integrated within a CRT) is put forward, through the analytic model of NIY and conventional external yoke, the deflection of beam traces in two kinds of magnetic fields are discussed Under the following formula then the feasiblity to develop NIY is demonstrated through the structure, she and power dissipation of NIY. Some existing domestic and foreign NIY models with inclusion of their structures and terst values are provided. The crtical elements of NIY are introduced through vacuum kapton is sulating material, vacuum coil material, soft iron tube,long ferrite magnetic core and pole pieces. Then the developing situation and existent problems of NIY are analyzed qualitatively. The breakthrough points of solving the problems of high voltage insulating material, vacuum magnetic material, distortion, deflection deflection and deflection defocusing are sought, then some plans to improve the present models of NIY are proposed. Some figures are given to illustrate the field distribution of pole pieces, the synthesis field of centre location modulating magnetic flakes, the four-electrode electrostatic focussing electron gun with prefocussing system and NIY, the improved soft iron tube, the parabolic wave-modu- lated current waveshapes for correction of vertical and horizontal pillow distortions, the new kind of NIY with iron shell, wed pier nagnetic field produced by concaved pole pieces, etc. Finally, some ways to utilize and develop NIY are given.
