摘    要:采用sol-gel法制备以钛酸正丁酯为无机前驱体,直接大红4B(DR28)偶氮染料为有机分子的有机—无机杂化热释电材料.探讨该杂化材料的最佳制备条件;并对最佳条件下制备的材料进行了结构分析;并将该材料制成薄膜并极化测其热释电性能.结果表明,所制备的杂化薄膜材料热释电性能较好,热释电系数高达1.78×10-6C/cm2K.

Abstract:In this paper the tetrabutyl orthotitanate(TBOT) was used as the inorganic precursor and congo red as the organic molecules.The organic-inorganic compound pyroelectric materials were prepared via the sol-gel process.The manufacturing technology of the hybrid materials was investigated and the optimum condition was also presented,the relevant property characterization of the materials and films under the optimum condition was carried out.The result shows that the TiO2 hybrid films containing the congo red made by sol-gel process possesses good pyroelectric property.
