| 摘 要： | 为明确不同虫草的体外抗氧化性,用微波法制备5种虫草提取液,测定各虫草提取液的总还原能力、清除羟自由基与超氧阴离子能力.结果显示,蚕虫草提取液的总还原能力最好,在λmax=700 nm处的吸光度为0.68;蛹虫草3#提取液清除羟自由基与超氧阴离子的能力最好,清除率分别为90.62%和78.56%.5种虫草均具有较好的抗氧化性.

| Abstract: | The experimental study on antioxidant activity in vitro of five kinds different Cordyceps extract.The extract of cordyceps was withdrawed by microwave method,determined their total reducing power,scavenging effect of hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion.The results showed that the silkworm Cordyceps extracts total reducing power was best,the A700 value was 0.68.The Cordyceps militaris 3# extract the scavenging effect of hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion was best,the values were 90.62% and 78.56%.The te... |
