| 摘 要： | 进行试管母种扩接时，首先经无菌操作加入适量的无菌水，再用灭菌后的接种铲将试管母种的菌丝体捣碎，制成“液体菌种”进行扩接。该法操作简便，接种速度快，不仅成品率高，而且菌龄齐、菌丝壮。

| Abstract: | At the beginning of this test-tube strains inoculation,put into the tube adequate amount of aseptic water and mash the mycelia of cultured strains with a sterilized inoculator.Therefore, liquid inoculant is made for the transplantation into other prepared culture media.This convenient method can effectively produce strong hyphae of same age and height with high survival rate. |
