An Analysis of the Status Quo, Causes & Countermeasures of the Business Ethics in Chinese Enterprises

The status quo of the business ethics in Chinese enterprises is not optimistic. It can be seen in many aspects, such as in selling and making fake products, neglecting work security, overlooking the property right of knowledge and destructing the environment. The lack of the business ethics lies in the opportunistic way of running an enterprise, the target of making maximum profit, the hidden practices in the business and the lag behind of the education.
