摘    要:氟喹诺酮类药物是一类广谱高效抗菌药物,随着该药在兽医临床和水产养殖广泛应用,有关氟喹诺酮类药物的不良反应和耐药性的报道越来越多,其残留问题已引起人们广泛的关注。用于氟喹诺酮类药物残留检测的方法主要有微生物法、液相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、高效薄层色谱法、液相色谱-质谱联用法、高效毛细管电泳法、高效免疫亲和色谱法、免疫分析法等。

Abstract:Fluoroquinolones are a kind of bactericidal antibiotics wtih efficient broad-spectrum and are widely applied in veterinary clinic and aquaculture.The reports about the adverse effect and resistance of fluoroquinolones are being more and more,and people also pay close attention to the residues of fluoroquinolones.The main detection methods for fluoroquinolone residues include microbiological assays(MIA),liquid chromatography(LC),high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),high performance thin layer chromatography(HPTLC),liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS),high-performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE),high-performance-immunoaffinity-reversed-phase liquid chromatography(HPLAC),Immunoassays(IAs).
