烟气粉尘脱硫气桥检测系统的研究

摘    要:研究烟气粉尘脱硫检测系统的气桥传感器。计算由于烟气含硫化合物及粉尘浓度动态的变化引起的桥臂气阻的变化,阐述非线性气阻的平衡条件和不平衡的信号输出。文章讨论应用气桥原理制造检测元件及气桥和温度传感器的关系。最后介绍烟气脱硫及除尘在工业环境治理中的应用。

Abstract:The pneumatic bridge sensor of the measuring system for separating sulfur from flue gas and dust is studied.In the case dynamic change of consistency of the flue gas contained sulfide and dust,the resistance variation of the pneumatic bridge arm is calculated.This thesis presents equilibrium condition for pneumatic bridge and gives out the signals while pneumatic bridge is out of balance.The paper also discusses how to apply working principle of the pneumatic bridge to the manufacturing of measurers units and bear a relation to temperature sensor.At last,the application of separating sulfur and collecting dust in industry stove is introduced.
