| 摘 要： | 对河北省昌黎县沿海地区生长在河沿岸、低洼地、苇塘、沟边、海滩等潮湿环境下的野生大豆进行了实地考察。该地区野生大豆茎纤细、缠绕攀援生长 ;其种子具有硬实现象 ;在株型、叶片、生长势、抗逆性等方面差异较大。经种子耐盐萌发试验和盐池鉴定发现 :昌黎沿海地区野生大豆芽期耐盐性达 0 .9% ,植株在盐的质量分数为 0 .0 0 5～ 0 .0 0 6的土壤中可以生长。

| Abstract: | The survey and collection for wild soybean in inshore region of Changli had been conducted since 1997. It was found that wild soybean is distributed widely in most parts of Changli.Geographical distribution of wild soybean extends from the Nandaihe to the Luhe Valley in Changli region.Some types of wild soybean were found including those with narrow leaves,high salt tolerance,long growing period, in addition to typical type of wild soybean.Salt tolerance of 6 wild soybean samples were studied,and it was also found that the highest value of salt tolerance in germination period is 0.9%. Several high resistant strains to salt were discovered.The salt tolerance of wild soybean samples was closely related to original growing areas. |
