| 摘 要： | 对人工诱导结瘤后不同培养时期烟草根、茎、叶柄和叶中的烟碱、灰分和水分含量分别进行了测定。测定结果表明：烟碱和灰分含量，不仅与材料有关，也受培养时间的影响，并随培养时间的增长而增加，与此相反，水分在培养过程中则呈现出一种下降趋势。 |

| Abstract: | The coutents of tobacoo alkaloid, ash and water have been determined respectively for the roots, stalks and leaves of tobacoo after man-induced nodulation. The results show that the contents of tobacco alkaloid and ash are affected not only by the material but also by the culturing time. They usually increase as the culturing time increases. On the contrary, the content of water decreases as the culturing time increases. |
