大学生PWC170,VO2max状态调查研究

摘    要:本通过对体系男学生(A组)和非体育系学生(B组)进行的理负荷功能试验,计算出了PWC170和VO2max值。结果表明:A组的PWC170和VO2max值均明显大于B组P〈0.001,肺活量的测定结果亦是如此。我们伯工作提示青年大学生应加强有效的身体锻炼,以增进体质,提高机能水平。

A STUDY ON PWC170 AND VO2max OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Abstract:Some male students from physical education department (Group A)and non - physical education department (Group B)were studied in functional experiment of quantitative loads and then physical working capacity(PWC 170)and maximal oxygen uptake(VO2max) were determined. The results showed that both values of PWC 170 and VO2max in Group A were greater than that of in Group B(P < 0. 001). Same results of comparing vital capacity(VC) in two groups students were found in our study. Our work indicated that consistent and effective physical exercise should be carried out in yong students in order to improve constitution and functional working levels.
