可见光响应TiO2光催化剂的研究进展

摘    要:TiO2是一种良好的光催化剂,具有稳定性好、光效率高和不产生二次污染等特点,但TiO2是宽带导体,只有在紫外光下才具有活性,从而限制了它的实际应用。综述了实现TiO2可见光催化的几种方法,包括金属掺杂、非金属掺杂和染料光敏化;指出其未来发展方向是寻找价廉的光敏物质或使污染物本身具有较好的光敏化性能。

Abstract:TiO_2 is an excellent photocatalyst for its chemical stability,nontoxicity and high photocatalytic reactivity.However,TiO_2 is activated only by ultraviolet light because it is a broadband semiconductor,which limits its practical application.The methods to realize TiO_2 visible photocatalysis are reviewed,which include metal doping,metalloid doping,and photosensitization.This paper points out that the future development direction is to look for cheap photosensitization materials or to make pollutants have better photosensitization character.
