浅析我国高校法学教育的困境及其改革

高校法学教育是现代学校教育的一个重点，强化现代学校法学教育，提高现代学校法学教育实效，具有重要的现实意义。然而，当前高校法学教育中存在的培养目标不明确、教学方式不合理、教学模式单一、教学内容陈旧、法学教育与法律职业脱节及师资力量不足等一些问题与建设法治国家的基本要求是不相适应的，我国高校法学教育的现状与它应有的地位和作用还有一定的差距。因此高校法学教育应采取明确培养目标；深化教育模式改革，实施“法律诊所教育”；更新教学内容、改变教学方法、加强素质教育；加强师资队伍建设等改革措施，以此推动我国高校法学教育进入一个新时代。

Dilemma of Legal Education in China's Institutions of Higher Learning and its Reform

Legal education in colleges and universities is one of the key tasks in modern higher education and it is of great importance to strengthen legal education and improve the effect of legal education.However,there exist some problems in the legal education,including implicit cultivation goal,irrational teaching mode,uniformed teaching method,out-of-date teaching content,the alienation of legal education from legal profession,and shortage of legal teachers,which fail to meet the need of constructing a national ruled by law.In addition,there is still some gap between the current status of legal education in China's higher institutions and its ideal status and role.Therefore,to push the legal education to a higher level,we have to design a explicit cultivation goal,deepen the reform of education mode,implement clinical legal education,update teaching content,improve teaching method,strengthen quality-oriented education,and focus on the construction of teacher groups.
