天然工质爆炸极限实验

摘    要:寻找一种与自然界相容、制冷性能好、易于获取的替代工质是目前制冷界最为关心的问题。针对天然制冷工质的安全性,介绍了爆炸极限的实验原理、实验装置和影响因素的分析,并对R290、R600a和甲胺等天然工质的爆炸极限进行了实验研究。结果表明,当大气中可燃物的浓度接近爆炸极限时,还需要较高能量的点火源才能产生爆炸。但使用中仍需采取防爆措施,以保证其安全性。

An Experimental Investigation of the Flammability Limits of Natural Refrigerants

Abstract:The most concerned issue nowadays for the refrigeration circles is to find out a certain refrigerant that could tolerate with nature, also have excellent performance and is liable to obtain as well. In the light of safety of natural refrigerants, we set up an experimental apparatus for flammability limits and analyze the experimental principle. The reasons that may influence the value of the limits are given. The experimental investigation of the flammability limits of Propane, Isobutane and Methylamine is carried out. It is shown that, if the consistency of the refrigerants in air increases approximately to the flammability limits, high-energetic ignition source is also needed to explode. However, it is necessary to take some precautions for safety.
