温度和类固醇激素对虹鳟免疫球蛋白M(IgM)的影响

摘    要:利用放射免疫分析法和酶联吸附免疫分析法调查了温度对虹鳟血浆免疫球蛋白M(IgM )和皮质醇的影响 ,同时也调查了在温度变化的条件下固醇类激素对血浆IgM量的影响 .结果表明 :(1)血浆中IgM和皮质醇的浓度是温度依赖型的 ,即高温时它们的浓度升高 ,反之低温时它们的浓度降低 ;(2 )伴随着温度变化 ,皮质醇和睾丸酮都抑制血浆IgM的水平 ;(3)低温时在饲料中添加皮质醇能提高这种鱼的死亡率 .这些结果说明 ,提高血中性激素水平或降低水温 ,都能降低免疫能力 ,因此当水温急剧下降时 ,应尽量避免剧烈地刺激鱼类 ,防止皮质醇水平的突然升高 ,降低死亡率

Abstract:The aim of this study was to determine the effect of temperature on plasma IgM levels, and the effect of steroid administration on plasma IgM levels at different temperatures. The results showed that plasma IgM concentration was temperature dependent, that is, IgM level was high at a high environmental temperature and low at a low environmental temperature. Testosterone and cortisol affected plasma IgM levels when temperature was changed. Moreover, the suppression of IgM levels was exhibited and not changed by temperature after fish were treated with steroid hormones for certain time. Meanwhile, mortality increased when fish were administered with cortisol accompanied with gradual decreases in temperature.
