摘    要:对实用膜组件中乙醇-水体系的连续操作错流型及逆流型的渗透汽化过程数学模型,针对乙醇-水体系进行了模拟计算,分析比较了两种流型的分离性能。通过模拟计算,可解决膜组件的某些设计和核算问题,为操作参数的优选提供理论依据。

Abstract:Mathematical models for continuous cross flow and countercurrent flow water ethanol pervaporation processes in practical membrane modules were developed and simulated in order to analyse and compare separation properties of the two, which give a solution to some design and verification problem of the modules and the theoretical basis upon which their operational parameters can be optimised.
