| Abstract: | With the continuous development at callisthenic movement,it has become more and more popular for university students. In this thesis,a summary about the callisthenie needs of students,the students' callisthenics experience of aerobics and the functions of aesthetic education were given.The functions of callisthenic fitness,bodybuilding and heart building were explored for the female college students.it was expected to provide a theoretical basis for callisthenics teaching and training. |
