| 摘 要： | 通过对不同年龄的花样游泳运动员的形态机能进行测试和研究，发现花样游泳运动员的形态机能有一定的项目特征和年龄特征，并提出了花样游泳的训练和选材应特别注意遵守这些固有规律和特征，使之与该项的运动与技术要求相适应。

| Abstract: | The form functions of various aged water ballet sportsmen were examined and studied, which showed the sportmen' s form functions had sports item characters and age characters in some degree. This paper proposed that the training and selected suitable materials for the water ballet sportsmen should obey these intrinsic laws and characters to meet the requirement of the sports and technique. |
