| 摘 要： | 根据双流方程提出了描述平板电极、低压射频辉光等离子体中带电粒子输运过程的自洽数值模型.并进行了数值求解,求得了各等离子体参量的时空分布以及一些参量的时间平均值的空间分布.由这些分布可得出射频气体放电的物理图像.

| Abstract: | A self-consistent numerical model based on the two-fluid equations for describing the transport of charged particles in the RF glow discharge is presented. For a plasma generator filled with low-pressure air and parallel-plate electrodes, the model is numerically solved. The space-time distribution of parameters and the spatial distribution of some time-averaged parameters in plasma, which show the physical picture of the RF glow discharge, are obtained. |
