柔性制造系统的经济评价

本文在讨论柔性制造系统的柔性衡准的基础上，分析了该系统的成本分类方法，建立了经济评价的净现值指标评价模型。为了强调生产系统的柔性程度，本文修正了Ｐａｒｋ－Ｓｏｎ的制造存贮系统，发展了该系统的处理系统部分，并建立了相应的生产特征线性规划的评价模型。最后，用一个模拟的案例，经过计算机程序计算，说明了本文给出的ＦＭＳ经济评价的应用方法。

The Economic Evaluation for Flexible Manufacturing System

Based on the discussion of the flexibility measurements,this paper analyses the cost classification in the flexible manufacturing system(FMS),and sets up the economic evaluation model of the net present value.In order to stress the flexibility degree of the production system, it modifies Park-Son's Manufacturing and inventory System, develops the Treatment System in the above system, and creates the corresponding economyic evaluation of the Liner Program model. Finally, a simulated case study describes the application of the economic evaluation for FMS which is given in this paper.
