摘    要:基于信号配时和路径选择之间的相互作用机制,提出了一种区域协调多相位定时控制优化的双层规划模型.模型下层用具有路段容量约束的用户平衡描述拥挤网络条件下的路径选择,并引入了节点流向阻抗,上层为区域协调多相位定时控制优化模型,以总行驶时间和停车次数构成的网络性能指标作为信号优化的目标.采用乘子法求解带有路段容量约束的用户平衡问题,用灵敏度分析算法求解该双层规划问题.

Abstract:Based on interdependence between signal timing and route choices, a bi-level programming is formulated, which focuses on optimizing area-coordinated multiphase pretimed control. The lower level is user equilibrium with link capacity constraints, and directional impedance is introduced into congested networks. In the upper level, a performance index composed of travel time and stop times is criterion for optimization, and multiphase pretimed signal control model is developed. Multiplier method is used to solve the user equilibrium of the lower level. Sensitivity analysis algorithm is employed to solve the bi-level programming.
