从行政救助看中国行政给付的发展趋势

我国学者对行政给付问题研究的很少,缺乏成熟的理论指导,实践中行政给付也存在着立法不完善、理念落后、资金短缺、监督缺失以及救济力度弱等问题。为此,需要明确建设行政给付制度的必要性,树立科学的行政给付理念,完善行政给付法制建设,提高行政给付执法水平,扩大行政给付司法救济司法范围,以逐步完善中国的行政给付制度。
