教师和学生是教育教学过程中核心角色,两者之间所形成的人际关系关系着人才培养的质量以及高等教育发展的方向,文章从伦理道德角度认为师生关系改善的关键在于:从教师入手,重新树立教育劳动中教师的职业道德,发挥其育人的主导作用;从学生入手,关注学生发展特点,准确定位德育,并追求育的深化;建立以宽容、理解为主要内容的人道关系为基础和谐高校师生关系。

The Key to Improve College Teacher-student Relationship Is the Establishment of Ethics

Teachers and students are the core of the process of education and teaching roles, the interpersonal relationships between the two are related to the quality of personnel training, as well as the direction of the development of higher education. Based on the status quo, the article from the ethical point of view think the key of the improvement of relations between teachers and students lies in： Starting from the teachers to re-establish the education of teachers working in professional ethics, to play its leading role in educating people; from students, concerned about the students to develop the characteristics, accurate positioning of moral education and the deepening of the pursuit of education; to set up tolerance, understood as the main contents of the basic humane and harmonious relations between the colleges and universities for teacher-student relationship.
