钻芯法检测混凝土强度影响因素试验分析

摘    要:通过混凝土强度无损检测试验处理结果,依同条件试块抗压强度值为基准,发现与钻芯法检测结果存在不同程度的差异,且分散程度大,为此结合试验过程,对钻芯法的影响因素做出分析并提出了相应注意事项及对策,从而在规范操作、减小外界影响前提下,进一步提高钻芯法检测精度,或与其它方法结合使用提供更准确的检测数据.

Abstract:Through processing results of nondestructive test concrete strength, and compressive strength against field-cured specimens,a rather large constructed strength value is obtained to contrast core and field-cured specimens test method, and wider degree of scatter. Therefore, test course and analysis for getting into the influencing factor of core-drilling method was combined. So under the normalizing operation and little outside influence, detection precision is increased by core-drilling method and supply more accurate detection data for other methods.
