摘    要:在水环境质量评价中,污染指标众多且具有不同属性。为了使评价结果尽可能多地体现这些属性,且避免多指标权重难以确切分配这一弊端,文章根据灰色系统关联度原理,首先按指标集的不同属性分类得到低层次子集,然后,参照地面水水质标准(GB3838-88),对每一子集进行关联度分析,进而对子集之间关联度进行较高层次综合,以综合结果排序,最后,按隶属度最大原则,确定水质评价等级。实例分析表明,该方法层次分明,简便实用,对水质评价具有较好的适用性。

Abstract:In water environmental quality assessment,there are lots of pollution indexes with different attributes.For the purpose of reflecting the attributes in the assessment and avoiding the trouble of distributing weight to every index,which is difficult generally,according to the principle of Relational Grade of Grey Systems Theory,this paper presents a method called Hierarchic Analytic Process of Improved Grey Relational Grade. The index subsets are constructed in a lower level by classifying the attributes,and the relational grade of every subset is computed.Then the relative grade of corresponding subset of pollutant types is synthesized in a higher level,and the order of the result is arranged from low to high to determine water quality grade. A practical example is given.
