柳州医学高等专科学校图书馆读者调查研究

笔者从柳州医学高等专科学校图书馆的利用情况、馆藏资源利用情况、服务满意程度、资源引进的满意度评价、读者需求等几个方面对读者调查，并对调查数据进行统计、分析，在此基础上提出加强文献资源建设、提高馆员综合素质是提升图书馆服务水平的关键、大力加强读者培训和图书馆宣传工作、建立和完善与读者的沟通机制，及时反馈读者意见和建议等相应措施。以便进一步提升图书馆服务水平。

The Investigation of Readers of Liuzhou Medical College Library

The author investigates the utilization, collection resources utilization, service satisfaction, resources the introduction of satisfaction e- valuation, the needs of readers and so on several aspects of the reader form Liuzhou medical college library, survey data statistics and analysis, and based on this, puts forward some measures to enhance the construction of literature resources, the key to improve the library service level is to improve the librarians＇ comprehensive quality , strengthen the reader training and library propaganda work, establish and perfect and readers communication mechanism, timely feedback reader comments and suggestions and corresponding , so that to further enhance the level of library service.
