摘    要:文章借助迈克尔·波特教授提出的5种竞争力量模型,提出医药产业内部的5种基本竞争力量,通过对5种基本竞争力量进行分析,找出了影响企业竞争力的因素,明确了医药生产产业内的竞争态势和未来发展的态势,为医药生产产业适应竞争环境,制定正确的发展战略提供参考。

Abstract:[Abstract]This artieh' with Michael. Professor porter proposed five competitive forces model, anti puts forward some internal medicine industry five basic competitive p~wer, through tilt" five basic competitive strenoh to carry on the analysis, find out the influence factors of competitiveness of enterprises, has been clear about the medicine produelion intra-industry competition situation and the future development trend, for pharmaceutical produetion industry to adapt the medicine production intra-industry competition situation and the future development trend,for pharmaceutical production industry to adapt to the competitive environment,formulate correct development strategy to provide reference.
