| 摘 要： | 文章借助迈克尔·波特教授提出的5种竞争力量模型，提出医药产业内部的5种基本竞争力量，通过对5种基本竞争力量进行分析，找出了影响企业竞争力的因素，明确了医药生产产业内的竞争态势和未来发展的态势，为医药生产产业适应竞争环境，制定正确的发展战略提供参考。
