Abstract:In this paper, the Inner Electrolysis-Flocculation Technology (IEFT) is used to treat dyestuff wastewater. The results of the investigation illustrate that the removal efficiency of colourity and COD can reach 90% and 25%, respectively, with IEFT to treat dyestuff wastewater. The IEFT is able to increase obviously the biotreatability of dyestuff wastewater, and might be used for the pretreatment of the aerobic biological treatment.
