新型聚醚砜酮超滤膜的制备及性能研究

摘    要:选用含二氮杂萘酮结构的聚醚砜酮和N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮依据正交设计方法制得了一系列超滤膜,考察了聚合物浓度,加剂种类和添加量以及制膜蒸发时间等对膜性能的影响。2了膜在不同温度一对水介质染料的分离性能巫20℃升到70℃,水通量增大两部;而对染料的截留率保持不变。

Abstract:A series of ultrafiltration membrane are made from poly(ether sulfone ketone ) with N methyl 2 pyrrolidone as solvent, the influence of polymer concentration and types and contents of additives on the performance of membrane is examined by normalization design method, and the thermostability of the membrane and its separation performance of dyes from dying water are examined.
