| 摘 要： | 贯彻“健康第一”的指导思想是推进素质教育培养人才的必需,同时也是高校体育目的之所在。为此,高校体育必须在新形势下重新构建其目标、内容、改变传统教学模式,提高学生积极参与的程度,使其养成自觉锻炼身体的习惯。

Therefore, the light of the new situation, college P.E. must reconstruct its aim and content, change traditional teaching modes, increase the degree of students' active participation and make them form the habit of taking physical exercise consciously. |
