| 摘 要： | 基于SIP协议的VoIP系统多采用专用设备组建,其功能单一,价格昂贵,配置管理复杂.为克服这一弊端,提出了一种新的设计方案,根据该方案设计的VoIP系统,采用开源软件SER组建SIP服务器,实现负载均衡,不但功能易扩展,执行效率高,便于管理,而且显著降低了用户的成本投入.目前,系统已作为实时语音通信平台成功应用于某水利部门的电子政务系统,取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | The conventional VoIP system is built with dedicated devices usually,however,the price is high for the system,the function is single and it is difficult to manage.A new scheme of VoIP system based on SIP is proposed.The SIP server in the system is designed using open source software SER with load balance.The designed system,which is featured with high efficiency,convenient expansion and easy administration,is applicable as a real-time voice communication platform in the enterprise and government. |
