北京城市绿地建设的存在问题与建议

伴随着城市化的发展,城市人口急剧增加,尤其是一些大城市,人口数量已经趋于饱和,城市环境污染日益严重,加之规划中不可抗拒的主观因素,城市不断向外扩张,占用了大量农林用地.为了限制城市的无序扩张,保护城市的生态环境,世界上许多大城市正在努力发展城市绿地.北京市为了建设宜居城市、生态园林城市、世界城市,于2007年启动了郊野公园环建设,2012年启动了平原造林工程.本文以城市绿地的起源、发展及其功能为主线对国内外的相关文献和著作进行综述性研究,针对北京绿地建设存在的问题,提出建设性建议.

The Problems and Suggestions of Beijing Green Space Construction

With the development of urbanization, the urban population has increased dramatically, and it tends to be saturated, especially in some metropolis. The urban environment pollution is becoming more and more serious. Together with irresistible subjective factors in urban planning, urban are constantly expending so that take up a lot of agriculture and forestry land. In order to restrain urban over sprawl, protect urban ecological environment, many international metropolis are trying to development green space system. In order to build livable city, ecological garden city and the world city, Beijing started the country parks ring construction in 2007 and plain afforestation construction in 2012. Based on the origin, development and functions of urban green space system, this paper reviews the domestic and foreign literatures and books. According to the problems existing in the construction of Beijing green space, and puts forward the constructive suggestion.
