微量硼对1Cr17不锈钢在H2S04介质中腐蚀行为的影响

摘    要:利用真空感应炉冶炼了不含硼和硼质量分数为16×10、26×10-6的3组1Cr17铁素体不锈钢,经锻造退火后,采用化学浸泡法及电化学试验方法(塔菲尔极化曲线法、阳极循环极化曲线法)研究了3种不锈钢在H2SO4介质中的耐蚀性能.结果表明:随着硼含量的增加,1Crl7不锈钢在59/6微沸腾硫酸介质中的腐蚀速率显著降低,耐点蚀性能增加,耐晶间腐蚀性能降低;加入微量硼提高了1Crl7铁素体不锈钢在活性溶解区的耐均匀腐蚀能力,使得不锈钢更容易进入钝态,并且提高了不锈钢在钝态时的稳定性.腐蚀的电化学特征与其浸泡腐蚀的结果是吻合的.

Abstract:Three 1Cr17 ferritic stainless steels with quality score 0 ppm,16 ppm and 26 ppm were smeltecl in a vacuum induction furnace, forged and annealed. By the chemical immersion method and electrochemical test method (Tafel polarization curve method and anode circular polarization curve method) the corrosion resistance of the steels in H2 SO4 medium were researched. The results show that with the increase of boron the corrosion rate of 0.04 C--16Cr stainless steel significantly reduces in slightly boiling 5% H2SO4 solu- tion, the addition of trace boron improves the uniform corrosion resistance of the 1Cr17 ferritic stainless steel, which not only makes ferritic stainless steel more rapidly getting into passive state, but also improves its stability in passive state. The electrochemical characteristics of the corrosion coincided with the results of immersed corrosion.
