基于能量吸收图法的缓冲包装材料优化设计

摘    要:介绍了缓冲包装材料能量吸收图生成原理,设计了基于能量吸收图法进行缓冲包装优化设计的算法,并采用能量吸收图法和传统方法分别对常见的两类包装优化设计问题(材质已知和未知)进行了实例求解。最终的跌落实验结果表明,能量吸收图法不仅适合于常见的两类缓冲包装设计问题,而且该方法还优化了材料相对密度,也考虑了应变率(或温度)的因素,符合实际现场环境,设计结果安全可靠。

Abstract:In the paper,the genesis principle of the energy-absorption diagrams of cushioning package materials is first introduced,and then algorithms of cushioning package design are designed based on energy absorption diagrams,and then the energy absorption diagram method and traditional methods are adopted to carry out the real examples of the optimal design problems of commonly-seen packages of two types(the known and unknown materials).The results from the final drop experiments indicate that the energy absorption diagram method is suitable not only to the commonly-seen cushioning package designs of two types but also to the optimization of relative densities of materials.Also,the strain rate factor(or temperature) is taken into account and design results are in coincidence with the practical in-situ environs,safe and reliable.
