小城镇水环境质量评价指标体系研究

摘    要:文章在阐明小城镇水环境质量评价指标体系的研究目的和建立原则的基础上,根据乡镇的特点,从广义上界定了乡镇区域水环境质量的内涵,构架了由镇域规模、经济收入、交通区位、水环境现状及发展规划5个领域、12个分项、33个单项评价因子组成的评价指标体系,并以许昌市为例确定了各级评价指标、评价指标计算数学模式以及评价结果综合评级方法,为许昌地区建立小城镇污水处理厂奠定了筛选依据。该评价指标体系基本上涵盖了乡镇区域水环境的主要方面,可以比较全面、客观地反映乡镇区域的水环境质量状况。

Abstract:On the basis of explaining the purpose and principles of building environment quality evaluation index system (EQEIS) for town regions,the research report has mainly clarified the contents of EQEIS in a broad sense according to the features of town regions.This research has built a system composing of 5 aspects,namely town scale, economical income,traffic site,water environment condition and development plan,and 12 subentries and 33 single factors.The system has established the evaluation indexes for comprehensive fuzzy assessment model and comprehensive grade evaluation method.The system basically includes main aspect of town water environment,and can fully and objectivity images water environment quality.
