| 摘 要： | 就世界范围而言，纷繁复杂的中国饮食文化自古以来就是令人叹为观止的。历来为中国统治者所注重的饮食礼节也是与其他国家截然不同的文化内容，其中的缘由不外乎中国的饮食之礼在一开始就具备了一种施报功能。
