舍蝇(Musca domestica vicina)幼虫分泌物及血淋巴活性研究

摘    要:首次报告舍蝇幼虫分泌物具有抗根结线虫(Meloigyne sp.)活性,同时未经外源诱导的舍蝇幼虫,其分泌物和血淋巴提取液也有抗菌活性。IEF-PAGE电泳分析表明,幼虫分泌物和血淋巴提取液呈微酸性至弱碱性,前者电泳带为6条,后者7条,两者的第二和第五电泳带在同等的位置上。

Abstract:It's first time reported that Musca domestica vicina larval secreta has anti-Meloid ogyne sp.activity and that the secretion and haemolymph extraction of Musca domestica vicina larval without inducement of environment have also bacteriostatic activity. IEF-PAGE electrophoretic analysis shows that its larval secreta and haemolymph extractive solution are between weak acidity and weak basicity. The former electrophoretic has six bands and the latter has seven bands, and the second and the fifth electrophoretic band of the larval secreta and haemolymph are at the same point.
