摘    要:为获得具有良好PTC效应的陶瓷元件,采用复合掺杂,通过柠檬酸盐溶胶-凝胶法及二步合成法,经低温煅烧干凝胶制备无铅BaTiO3基PTC粉体.制得的粉体晶粒小、分散性好、低团聚,达纳米级.并通过TG-DTA、XRD、SEM和TEM等测试手段对其性能做了进一步研究.

Abstract:In order to obtain the ceramic devices with good PTC effect,we find it very important to prepare the ceramic powder at first.Now with citrate sol-gel process and twice-through method,at low temperature sintered,the donor-doped BaTiO_(3) powder without lead has been prepared.Results show that the PTC powder is the powder with fine crystallization,well dispersion,low aggregation,nanometer scale.It have been studied by the methods of TG-DTA,XRD,SEM,TEM.
